(What you see is a small tower where people are constantly walking up in.

I was lucky to get a picture without a person standing up at the top. This particular structure is in Edinburgh, right on Princess street not far from Edinburgh Castle. More importantly, this was rightout my hotel room window. Furthermore, this was a really rainy day, I was quite content to get a five minute window to go out and shoot this.)
